Dodoma – Trong khuôn khổ chuyến công tác tại thủ đô chính trị Dodoma, ngày 19/6/2026, Đại sứ Đặc mệnh toàn quyền Việt Nam tại Tanzania Vũ Thanh Huyền đã có chuỗi hoạt động đối ngoại quan trọng nhằm thắt chặt mối quan hệ hữu nghị truyền thống, thúc đẩy hợp tác chiến lược giữa hai Đảng và hai Nhà nước.
Thắt chặt tình đoàn kết giữa Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và Đảng CCM
Tại cuộc hội đàm và thăm xã giao Ban chính trị và Quan hệ Quốc tế của Đảng Cách mạng Tanzania (CCM) – Đảng cầm quyền Tanzania tại Trụ sở chính thủ đô Dodoma, Đại sứ Vũ Thanh Huyền đã chuyển lời chào đoàn kết, hữu nghị nồng ấm từ Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam tới các đồng chí lãnh đạo Đảng CCM và tri ân sự hợp tác chặt chẽ của Ban Chính trị và Quan hệ quốc tế với Đại sứ quán trong thời gian qua. Đại sứ đánh giá cao vai trò lãnh đạo kiên cường của Đảng CCM trong việc duy trì ổn định chính trị và thúc đẩy kinh tế Tanzania tăng trưởng mạnh mẽ
Nhân dịp này, Đại sứ khẳng định vai trò định hướng chính trị mang tính quyết định của hai Đảng trong việc mở đường cho doanh nghiệp hai nước hợp tác sâu rộng hơn. Minh chứng sống động nhất là liên doanh Halotel (Viettel Tanzania), đơn vị đang đóng góp tích cực vào hạ tầng viễn thông và an sinh xã hội tại nước sở tại. Cùng tham gia buổi làm việc, bà Thùy Dung, Phó Tổng Giám đốc đại diện lãnh đạo Halotel, bày tỏ mong muốn hỗ trợ công nghệ, hiện đại hóa hệ thống viễn thông cho Văn phòng Trung ương Đảng CCM tại Dodoma nhằm nâng cao tính an toàn và hiệu quả vận hành trong kỷ nguyên số.
Thay mặt Ban Chính trị và Quan hệ Quốc tế của Đảng CCM, ông Pascal Masalu, Ủy viên thường trực Ban Đối ngoại và Công tác Chính trị, bày tỏ niềm vinh hạnh được đón tiếp Đại sứ Vũ Thanh Huyền và đoàn công tác. Ông khẳng định Việt Nam luôn là người bạn truyền thống tin cậy của Tanzania và đánh giá cao những đóng góp thực chất của Halotel đối với sự phát triển của địa phương, đồng thời nhiệt liệt hoan nghênh đề xuất của Halotel hỗ trợ công nghệ cho Văn phòng Trung ương Đảng CCM. Hướng tới tương lai, ông Pascal Masalu bày tỏ mong muốn hai bên tích cực thúc đẩy các hoạt động trao đổi đoàn cấp cao và tăng cường chia sẻ kinh nghiệm về công tác xây dựng Đảng, nhằm đưa mối quan hệ hợp tác song phương đi vào chiều sâu và ngày càng hiệu quả.

Dodoma – Within the framework of her working visit to the political capital of Dodoma on June 19, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Tanzania Vu Thanh Huyen conducted a series of important diplomatic activities aimed at strengthening traditional friendship and promoting strategic cooperation between the two Parties and the two States.
Strengthening solidarity between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the CCM Party
During a bilateral meeting and courtesy call at the Political and International Relations Department of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) Party – Tanzania's ruling party – at its Headquarters in the capital Dodoma, Ambassador Vu Thanh Huyen conveyed warm greetings of solidarity and friendship from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam to the leadership of the CCM Party. She also expressed gratitude for the close cooperation between the Political and International Relations Department and the Embassy over the past years. The Ambassador highly appreciated the resilient leadership of the CCM Party in maintaining political stability and driving robust economic growth in Tanzania.
On this occasion, the Ambassador affirmed the decisive role of political orientation by both Parties in paving the way for deeper cooperation between the two countries' businesses. The most vivid demonstration is the Halotel joint venture (Viettel Tanzania), which has been contributing actively to the host country's telecommunications infrastructure and social welfare. Joining the meeting, Ms. Thuy Dung, Deputy General Director representing Halotel’s leadership, expressed the desire to provide technological support and modernize the telecommunications system for the CCM Central Office in Dodoma, thereby enhancing operational safety and efficiency in the digital era.
On behalf of the Political Affairs and International Relations Department of the CCM Party, Mr. Pascal Masalu, Principal Secretary for Political Affairs and International Relations, expressed his great honor to welcome Ambassador Vu Thanh Huyen and the delegation. He affirmed that Vietnam has always been a trusted traditional friend of Tanzania and highly appreciated Halotel's substantive contributions to local development. He also warmly welcomed Halotel's proposal to provide technological support for the CCM Central Office. Looking to the future, Mr. Pascal Masalu expressed his desire for both sides to actively promote high-level delegation exchanges and enhance the sharing of experience in Party building, aiming to bring bilateral cooperation into depth and achieve greater efficiency.
