🇻🇳 Đại sứ Việt Nam Vũ Thanh Huyền chào xã giao Tổng Thư ký Đảng Cách mạng Tanzania (CCM)
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – ngày 15/5/2026, Đại sứ Đặc mệnh Toàn quyền Việt Nam tại Tanzania, Bà Vũ Thanh Huyền, đã đến chào xã giao Bà Tiến sĩ Asha-Rose Migiro, Tổng Thư ký Đảng Cách mạng Tanzania (CCM) tại trụ sở Trung ương Đảng CCM.
Tại buổi tiếp, Đại sứ Vũ Thanh Huyền bày tỏ niềm vinh dự khi được gặp Tổng Thư ký Asha-Rose Migiro – người bạn thân thiết lâu năm của Việt Nam. Nhân dịp này, Đại sứ nhiệt liệt chúc mừng những thành tựu phát triển toàn diện mà Tanzania đã đạt được dưới sự lãnh đạo của Đảng CCM và Tổng thống Samia Suluhu Hassan.
Người đứng đầu cơ quan đại diện Việt Nam cũng bày tỏ sự ngưỡng mộ sâu sắc trước những đóng góp mang tính di sản của Tiến sĩ Migiro trên cương vị nữ Ngoại trưởng đầu tiên của Tanzania, cũng như người phụ nữ châu Phi đầu tiên giữ chức vụ Phó Tổng Thư ký Liên Hợp Quốc; đồng thời trân trọng cảm ơn chuyến thăm Việt Nam năm 2009 của Bà.
Đại sứ Vũ Thanh Huyền khẳng định Việt Nam luôn trân trọng mối quan hệ hữu nghị truyền thống sâu sắc giữa Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và Đảng CCM. Nhằm cụ thể hóa hợp tác kênh Đảng, Đại sứ khẳng định Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam luôn sẵn sàng đón các đoàn đại biểu cấp cao của Đảng CCM sang thăm và làm việc tại Việt Nam, nhất là trong năm 2026.
Đáp lời Đại sứ, Tổng Thư ký Đảng CCM, Tiến sĩ Asha-Rose Migiro trân trọng cảm ơn chuyến thăm của đoàn và bày tỏ niềm xúc động khi những kỷ niệm về đất nước, con người Việt Nam từ năm 2009 luôn được gìn giữ.
Bà Migiro tái khẳng định mối quan hệ truyền thống bền chặt, mang tính lịch sử giữa Đảng CCM và Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam, đồng thời nhấn mạnh đây là tài sản vô giá mà thế hệ lãnh đạo và nhân dân hai nước cần tiếp tục kế thừa, phát huy.
Đánh giá cao những thành tựu phát triển của Việt Nam, Tổng Thư ký Asha-Rose Migiro bày tỏ mong muốn hai Đảng, hai Nhà nước không chỉ duy trì quan hệ chính trị tốt đẹp mà còn tích cực mở rộng các lĩnh vực hợp tác toàn diện.
Về hợp tác kinh tế, Đại sứ Vũ Thanh Huyền nêu bật Công ty Halotel (Viettel-Tanzania) như một biểu tượng thành công với mô hình “kinh tế tích hợp phục vụ cộng đồng nông thôn”, hoàn toàn phù hợp với mục tiêu an sinh xã hội của Đảng CCM.
Ghi nhận đề xuất này, Tổng Thư ký Asha-Rose Migiro đánh giá cao những đóng góp thiết thực của Halotel đối với hạ tầng viễn thông và an sinh xã hội tại các vùng nông thôn Tanzania.
Buổi tiếp diễn ra trong không khí ấm áp, thắm tình hữu nghị. Hai bên tin tưởng mối quan hệ giữa hai Đảng và hai nước sẽ ngày càng phát triển sâu rộng và thịnh vượng.

🇬🇧 Vietnamese Ambassador Vu Thanh Huyen Pays Courtesy Call on Secretary General of Tanzania's CCM Party
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – May 15, 2026, the Ambassador of Vietnam to Tanzania, H.E. Ms. Vu Thanh Huyen, paid a courtesy call on Dr. Asha-Rose Migiro, Secretary General of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), at the CCM Party Headquarters.
During the reception, Ambassador Vu Thanh Huyen expressed great honor in meeting Secretary General Asha-Rose Migiro, a long-time close friend of Vietnam.
The Ambassador extended her highest congratulations on Tanzania's comprehensive achievements under the leadership of the CCM Party and President Samia Suluhu Hassan.
The Ambassador voiced deep admiration for Dr. Migiro's legacy as Tanzania's first female Foreign Minister and the first African woman to serve as Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, while extending gratitude for her visit to Vietnam in 2009.
Ambassador Vu Thanh Huyen affirmed that Vietnam deeply treasures the profound traditional friendship between the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and the CCM Party.
To institutionalize inter-party cooperation, the Ambassador emphasized that the CPV stands ready to welcome high-level CCM delegations to visit and work in Vietnam, especially in 2026.
In response, CCM Secretary General Dr. Asha-Rose Migiro sincerely thanked the Ambassador and her delegation for the visit, expressing deep emotion that memories of the land and people of Vietnam since 2009 have been well preserved.
Dr. Migiro reaffirmed the strong historical ties between the CCM and the CPV, stressing that this traditional relationship is an invaluable asset that successive generations of leaders and people from both nations must continue to inherit and promote.
Regarding economic cooperation, Ambassador Vu Thanh Huyen highlighted Halotel Company (Viettel-Tanzania) as a successful symbol with its model of an “integrated economy serving rural communities,” which aligns closely with the social welfare goals of the CCM Party.
Secretary General Asha-Rose Migiro highly appreciated Halotel's practical contributions to telecommunications infrastructure and social welfare in rural Tanzania.
The reception took place in a warm atmosphere filled with friendship. Both sides expressed confidence that the relations between the two Parties and countries will continue to flourish and prosper.
